By accessing the website https://www.hotdaddyinternational.com or applying to participate in the Hot Daddy Thailand 2026 contest, you accept all of the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not accept them, please stop using the website immediately.

Voting for contestants is subject to the following conditions:

• Votes may be cast only during the voting period announced on the vote page; transactions made outside this period will not be counted.
• Vote prices and packages are as displayed on the vote page at the time of the transaction.
• Payment is made via supported channels such as credit/debit card, PromptPay, and e-wallets through a third-party payment provider.
• Votes that have been successfully paid for are final and cannot be refunded, cancelled, or changed under any circumstances.
• Only votes that are properly completed and successfully paid will be counted.
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel or disregard votes obtained through fraud, automated programs (bots), or any dishonest means, and to suspend the accounts involved.
• The organizer is not responsible for technical failures of the system, network, or third-party payment providers beyond its control.
• Vote tallies and result announcements are determined by the organizer and are final.

• Thai men aged 35 years or older.
• No restriction on marital status, height, or weight.
• Of good conduct and able to serve as a positive role model.
• No serious history of misconduct and no prior criminal conviction.
• Ready to take part in the project's activities and duties throughout the contest period.

You agree not to use the website in any of the following ways:

• Violating Thai or foreign law.
• Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, indecent, or that incites hatred.
• Sending spam, phishing, or malware, or attacking the system.
• Collecting other users' data without authorization.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the website.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools without authorization.

All content on the website, including text, images, video clips, logos, and design, is the property of Hot Daddy Thailand 2026 or those who have licensed it to us. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

By submitting an application, the applicant is deemed to grant the organizer and its staff the right to:

• Record still images, moving images, and media in various forms.
• Use them for public relations, marketing, and activities related to the project.
• Without any claim for compensation.

• Title holders must have no obligation or contract that affects the performance of their duties.
• They are obliged to take part in public relations activities and to work with sponsors as required by the organizer.
• If they relinquish the title, fail to perform their duties, or breach the conditions, they must return all prize money, the sash, and all titles.

The website is provided "as is." We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability, and we are not liable for any damage arising from use of the website, except where otherwise required by law.

The organizer reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, rules, prizes, and timeline of the contest without prior notice. The decisions of the judging panel are final.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Thailand shall have jurisdiction.
