We collect personal data in the following cases:

• Contest application(via Google Forms): full name, date of birth, contact address, telephone number, email, Facebook, occupation, marital status, photographs, and the personal story submitted with the application.
• Member account and transactions: email and password (stored encrypted by Firebase Authentication) or profile data when signing in with Google, and display name; and when voting or booking seats: full name, phone number, email, and order details — card and payment data is processed and stored by the payment provider (Omise); we do not store full credit-card numbers.
• Website usage data: cookies, IP address, device information, and usage behavior, in order to improve your experience and for analytics.

• To review and select contest applicants.
• To communicate and provide public relations regarding the contest.
• To use images and video clips in the promotional media of the organizer and its sponsors.
• To improve the quality of the website and our services.
• To comply with applicable laws.

We process personal data on the following bases:

• Consent: when you create an account, submit a contestant application, or tick the consent box before voting/paying, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.
• Contract: to fulfil your vote/seat order and issue tickets, and for those selected as brand representatives.
• Legitimate Interest: for the analysis of website usage.

We may disclose personal data to:

• The payment provider (Omise) to process payments and verify transactions
• Infrastructure and authentication providers such as Google/Firebase and Cloudflare (hosting, database, authentication)
• The email provider (Resend) for verification, ticket, and receipt emails
• Contest sponsors, judges, and staff for selection and the publicity stated in the application
• Government authorities as required by law

• Data of applicants who are not selected: retained for no more than 2 years after the results are announced.
• Data of selected applicants / title holders: retained for the duration of the contract and for 3 years after the contract ends.
• Website usage data (cookies/analytics): retained for no more than 13 months.

Under the PDPA, you have the following rights:

• The right of access to your data.
• The right to rectification of inaccurate data.
• The right to erasure (Right to be Forgotten).
• The right to object to processing.
• The right to restrict the use of data.
• The right to data portability (to receive and transfer your data).
• The right to withdraw consent at any time.
